Welcome
At Dance in Bloom we love children, we love families, and we love dance! In a place where dancing is fun, and the teachers truly care, our mission is to nurture each student while allowing them to reach their full potential. From the little girl who loves to twirl in front of her bedroom mirror, to the teen who aspires to dance on Broadway, Dance in Bloom offers a class for everyone!
Dance in Bloom welcomes dancers ages 2 and up, of all skill levels, and all dance backgrounds. First-time students are always welcome to try a first class for FREE!
Classes are available at a variety of times. Choose from preschool morning classes, weekday afternoon & evening classes, or Saturday classes. Styles of dance include: ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, modern, lyrical, pom (cheer) & tumbling. We also offer a great Wee Dance (caregiver & child) creative movement & tumbling class!
While we are not a competition-based studio, we do also offer a Dance Company track for those students wishing to expand on their dance education.
Average size of a class is 7 dancers. Some of our more popular days/classes have up to 12 dancers. Most larger preschool classes will have a teacher and an assistant. Our friendly and personable staff of 8 is here to make sure your (and your child's!) dance experience is a rewarding one.
We expect our students to look like dancers (girls: leotard, tights, ballet shoes, etc.) but we allow them the flexibility of choosing their own styles and colors to fit their body type and personality. A limited number of "off the rack" items (primarily leotards, skirts, dance dresses are available for purchase at the studio. Our Revolution Dancewear items are available to order, and typically arrive within a week. We also offer dancewear packages to save you time AND money.
Our convenient location is just off of I-40 West in Bellevue (near exit #196). We have two dance spaces, restrooms, and changing rooms for our dancers. Parents can enjoy waiting in the lobby complete with viewing window and closed-circuit television monitors with cameras mounted in several areas in the dance room.
